Visit Help Center →Visit transferhood.com or open the Transferhood app. Enter your pick-up and drop-off locations. Select your preferred vehicle class. Provide passenger details and any special instructions. Review and proceed to payment. You will receive a booking confirmation via email.
At least 8 hours in advance from your pick-up time. For best availability, we recommend booking 24 hours in advance.
Log in to your account and navigate to 'Manage Booking'. Select the booking you wish to cancel and follow the prompts. You can also contact our customer service team for assistance.

Via the Transferhood app. The option to communicate with your driver becomes available two hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
